On the first floor of the main building designed by Gaston d'Orléans, the gastronomic restaurant Christophe Hay is a stage for free expression.
From the kitchen in the centre of the room, the chef composes a score dictated by the cycle of nature in the Loire.
From the hand that spades and cultivates, to the one that cooks and sublimates, the signature is enriched by the intentions of each actor in a chain of values.
With its original tastes, colours and fragrances, the Christophe Hay restaurant summons the emotional power of the Loire Valley without diversions.
The menu is inspired by the best of the region, with Touraine Gelines, Loire Valley truffles, Cheverny wine and, of course, the herbs and vegetables from the restaurant's permaculture garden.

Open Tuesday to Saturday from 12:15 p.m to 1:30 pm and from 7:15 pm to 9:30pm
