On the first floor of the main building, designed by Gaston d’Orléans, the gourmet Christophe Hay restaurant provides a wonderful setting for culinary creativity.

Working in the kitchen in the centre of the room, the chef creates dishes inspired by the endless cycle of the natural world in the Loire Valley.

From the hands which dig and nurture the earth to the hands which prepare and showcase each and every ingredient, the chef’s dishes are enhanced by the impressive values of each of the restaurant’s suppliers.

With its original flavours, colours and aromas, the Christophe Hay restaurant boldly showcases the emotional power of the Loire Valley.

Inspired by the rhythms of the natural world, the menu features the very best the region has to offer: Géline de Touraine chicken, Loire Valley truffles, Cheverny wine and, of course, herbs and vegetables from the restaurant’s own permaculture vegetable garden.
