A culinary and solidarity initiative at the heart of COVID services.

On Thursday, April 29 and Friday, April 30, chef Christophe Hay participated, on his own initiative and in partnership with LVMH Research, in the solidarity initiative, "À Table les Soignants! " initiated in 2020 by three-starred chef Arnaud Donckele, the Michelin Guide and LVMH.

Once again this year, healthcare professionals are involved on a daily basis in the fight against COVID-19 and are on the front line in the face of this pandemic, particularly during this hybrid period between vaccination and tension in the intensive care units and the departments dedicated to COVID patients.

Christophe Hay was able to visit the caregivers of the medical and surgical intensive care units of the Orleans Regional Hospital and the COVID unit of the Blois Hospital, and thus get an idea of their daily life.

The chef and his team invited themselves, for a meal, to the health professionals, their way of thanking them and giving them their support.

The meals were generously financed by LVMH and local producers were present. Thanks to Yvan Dersoir, Sylvain Arnoult, a Loire fisherman, the employees of the Hennequart fish farm and Alain Gaillard for their generosity.
