On Thursday 2 and Friday 3 February 2023, enjoy a meal created by two great chefs. The chef Christophe Hay will welcome the chef Guillaume Galliot , who has been awarded three Michelin stars, from the restaurant Caprice, Four Seasons in Hong Kong.
Having worked all over the world, he creates dishes which reflect a wealth of different cultures. At Caprice, he is inspired to create traditional French dishes with a twist. He has become the undisputed master of transcontinental cuisine.
Guillaume Galliot’s cuisine conveys his impressive values. He showcases the local ingredients and products which are essential to good food. Much more than a mere dish, diners can enjoy a culinary heritage, a history, an entire terroir.
Guillaume Galliot will work alongside the chef Christophe Hay to create unique and flavourful dishes which showcase their shared values, combining influences from the Loire Valley and Asia. The two great chefs will produce a three-course meal for diners at the Christophe Hay restaurant.
