We are thrilled and proud to share the fantastic news that the Christophe Hay restaurant now boasts the two Michelin stars which were originally awarded to La Maison d'à Côté.
“The chef Christophe Hay is now, quite literally, by the Loire river, in this new venue.”
Today, overlooking the Loire river, we continue to write a new chapter in our story, with the support of the Michelin Guide. Thank you for this new vote of confidence and this unusual announcement, given that Michelin stars are usually made public at the ceremony to mark the Michelin Guide’s release.
