The award for New Arrival of the Year 

La Liste   is a global culinary guide which recognises restaurants around the world in various different categories. It takes into account the ratings given to the best restaurants by more than 970 guides. These ratings are then translated into a score out of 100.

The opinions of restaurant diners are also reflected in 25% of the final score.

Categories include the Award of Honour, the Top Pastry Chef Award and the Game Changer Award, among others.  Fleur de Loire   has won the award for New Arrival of the Year.
